Who we are
Bush Bound builds custom vehicle fit-outs on the Gold Coast, Queensland. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our website at bushbound.au.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly:
- Quote requests: name, email, phone (optional), vehicle type, vehicle model (optional), service type, and your message
- Flat pack waitlist: email address and rego plate (optional)
- Traffic source: UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on (e.g. which ad or link brought you here)
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request or enquiry
- To notify you when flat pack kits become available
- To understand which marketing channels are working (UTM data only - no tracking cookies)
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where we store it
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). Email notifications are sent via Resend. Both services are subject to their own privacy policies and comply with industry-standard security practices.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers on this website. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your information entirely
