What’s included

The 78 Series Troopy gives you roughly 2,400mm of cargo length with about 1,200mm between the wheel arches and just over 1,200mm of internal height. That’s enough room for a proper live-in expedition build.

Our Troopy builds typically include a full-width sleeping platform at the rear with deep under-bed storage, a slide-out kitchen on the passenger side with bench space and a sink, and a power system sized for your usage. We run everything from basic 12V setups through to 48V lithium systems with 2,000W inverters for people who need to run laptops, cameras, or medical equipment on the road.

Water tanks are usually mounted under the vehicle or integrated into the cabinetry, with a 12V pump feeding the kitchen sink. We design around your fridge size and preferred layout, and every build gets our hand-lacquered waterproof finish so the plywood handles condensation, spills, and years of hard use.

Why the 78 Series

The Troopy is the ultimate Australian expedition vehicle. That high-roof cargo area gives you something no wagon or ute canopy can match: the ability to sit up in bed, stand partially upright while cooking, and store gear vertically. Combined with the 70 Series drivetrain, it’ll go anywhere and keep going.

Our builds are designed to turn the Troopy into a self-contained touring platform. Whether you’re doing a lap of Australia or running remote tracks for months at a time, everything is within reach, everything has a place, and nothing rattles.
